Metro (Main Kitchen)
Construction management of a new Central kitchen type food preparation factory for Metro Richelieu Inc (Marché Adonis) in Laval.

WeWork Montreal Office
In order to respond to the company's growth, WeWork asked us to build their second branch in Montreal and settled into the mixed-use project by Urban Refine, inside one of the tallest mixed-use towers in the city.

Hermitage Centre
Hermitage Centre is located in Ajax, Ontario, directly off of one of the town’s major thoroughfares. The stores in this plaza include restaurants, pharmacies, dentist offices and convenience stores. The location of the centre and the quality of the tenants ensure an ongoing, reliable revenue stream. Urban Refine recognized an opportunity to serve the growing residential community with much needed retail and commercial offerings.
